THE VENUE “Atakent” International Exhibition Centre, the major exhibition complex in the heart of Almaty, the financial and commercial center of Kazakhstan.
SPACE ALLOCATION
The exhibition area will be divided according to subjects and topics. The allocation of space will be assigned according to signed Application Forms accompanied by payment. The organizers will not respect any space reservation made orally, in writing or by Application Form without payment.
Exhibitor Registration Fee: 250 € only.
Includes computerized registration system, company details in the official catalog and listing with 100 words and description in the virtual catalogue of exhibition.
100 invitations for visitors.

- 3 side walls, fitted in standard Octanorm System frame
- Fascia board with company name (15 letters) and stand number (in standard lettering)
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- Electric supply of up to 5 kilowatt which will be provided by 1 single-phase outlet (220 Volt), 2 spotlights (100 Watt each) that are included in the 2 Kilowatt
- Company delegates entry to the exhibition (1 badge for each 3m2.)
- Wastebasket
- General cleaning of the aisles
- Pavilion security (from 6 p.m. till 9 a.m.)
