Witteveen+Bos provides consultancy and engineering services for water, infrastructure and environment projects. A multidisciplinary project approach characterises our way of working. Our clients are governmental, commercial, and industrial, including various types of joint ventures and public private partnerships. We serve them from eight offices in the Netherlands and six offices abroad. The activities of the Water Department are geared towards the needs of our clients and are covering the following areas: drinking water abstraction, treatment and distribution, municipal wastewater sewerage and treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and process water production, integrated water resource management, process automation and information technology (ICT). Besides water engineers (process-, civil-, mechanical-, electrical- and automation engineers) we can count on an increasing number of other experts on water related services: GIS experts for network modeling, financial experts, (geo-)hydrologists, hydro-biologists, ecologists and fisheries experts. Besides end of pipe solutions we also deliver integrated services on water (re-)use and pollution prevention (effluent re-use, sludge reduction and energy saving).
